Skipping this (e.g. eating sushi at 10pm) produced a visibly elevated overnight heart rate on the host's wearable the next morning, illustrating the feedback loop in action.

Triathlon training as the original prototype

Adopting an elite athlete's or influencer's exact stack without first establishing your own baseline and measurement access skips the steps that make the loop actually work for you.
