Bayat and her partner Jonathan created this system after team members began asking both of them the same operational questions. Repeated answers threatened the time they needed for origination and other work. Their rule became to respond in video: record the screen, explain the clicks required for a procedure, and post the result to a shared Microsoft Teams library. New hires review the library first and contact the leaders only when a question falls outside it. If that happens, Bayat answers with another video so the library expands. Search makes the collection usable because a keyword can retrieve relevant conversations, files, and videos. The result is a compounding operating manual built directly from real questions.
